Location: London EC2.
This project involved an important listed building located directly opposite the entrance to the Guildhall in the City of London. A comprehensive refurbishment was undertaken including the removal of a number of internal load bearing walls, the provision of new plant, the insertion of raised floors and metal tiled ceilings to create a modern office.
The building was subsequently let to four separate tenants.
