The Briggins Estate
Location: Harlow SG12.
A 1000 acre farm situated to the north of Harlow. The eastern part of the estate has been promoted for residential use under policy HA1 of the Regional Spatial Strategy. CPP has embraced the new localism agenda promoted by the coalition Government, which now calls for greater dialogue with the community.
