Chancery Exchange formed part of the Patent Office in Holborn, and was acquired by CPP in a joint venture with Lend Lease. The property underwent a substantial redevelopment and effectively comprises a new building behind the retained façade. The scheme provides 81,440 sq ft of grade A office and ancillary accommodation on lower ground, ground and four upper floors. The property was let and sold as an investment.
