A 100 acre parcel of existing farm land situated to the north of the A41 immediately adjacent to Berkhamsted Town. City &amp; Provincial entered into a joint venture on a 20:80 basis and are actively promoting the land situated to the south of Berkhamsted for residential use. The land is situated within the greenbelt. The 100 acre parcel of land formed part of the much larger Haresfoot Estate. The JV since acquiring the entire Estate have disposed of all the land considered to not have strategic value.<br />

This important listed building benefited from direct views over the river Thames and was located opposite Temple tube station.  Following its acquisition, the building was let to a number of tenants on short term leases.  CPP successfully obtained full vacant possession and drew up a comprehensive redevelopment scheme thereby an additional two floors were added to the building resulting in an office head quarters of over 20,000 square feet. The building was subsequently sold to the International Institute of Strategic Study for their own use.<br />

Following the complete redesign, planning permission was obtained for 31,500 square feet and the Government agreed to lease back the completed development on a 20 year term on a rack rent with fixed annual uplifts throughout the term.  The investment was forward sold to Close Brothers.<br />

An 11 acre brownfield site let to multiple industrial tenants located within a predominantly mixed land use area of south east London. C&#038;P assembled an 11 acre a multi tenanted industrial estate over a period of time between July 2002 and July 2009. The property comprises 193,000 sq ft. C&#038;P is currently managing the site for income  The site was designated as strategic employment land in both the local plan and the Greater London Authority plan  C&#038;P identified the strategic potential of the site for mixed use redevelopment and, following discussions with the London Borough of Lewisham, has produced a masterplan for the site and its environs. As a result, the site is now included in the emerging North Lewisham Plan and draft Local Development Framework as suitable for mixed use development  Working alongside the London Borough of Lewisham, C&#038;P has developed a scheme comprising some 903 new residential homes, together with approximately 200,000 sq ft of commercial space. C&#038;P is now continuing the site assembly exercise, using compulsory purchase powers if necessary a planning consent is anticipated during the second quarter of 2011.<br />
