HUGH CAVE
Development DirectorHugh has spent 40 years working in the property industry. He was previously a Development Director at Vestey Estates and Heron International before joining CPP in 2001.
CHRIS LOVEGROVE
DirectorChris qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1996. From 1994, he worked at Weatherall Green & Smith before joining the UK’s largest self storage operation in 2000 to acquire and develop new stores throughout London and the south east. Chris joined CPP in 2003.
MIKE GLOVER
Financial ControllerMike trained as an accountant with Thomson McLintock (KPMG) and has worked in the property sector as a Financial Controller, Company Secretary and Finance Director since 1983. He has extensive experience of working in small & medium sized property companies and dealing with all aspects of financial and management accounting.
NICK ALLEN
Estates DirectorNick has been in property over 30 years and brings a wealth of experience to the team. Nick manages the property portfolio, and enhances value through active asset management. Nick joined CPP in 2005.
VERONICA RICHARDSON
PA to Paul KempeVeronica joined CPP in 2006 having previously spent 32 years at Dunbar Bank where she was PA to the Chairman and Managing Director.
CHRISTINE JONES
Office ManagerChristine joined CPP in 2009 and manages the day to day running of the office as well as assisting the accounts team.
