15 King Street, London EC2

A complex new office development comprising over 26,000 square feet of office space. The site was created by incorporating three separate buildings including the rear of 46 Gresham Street and involved rights of light issues, major archaeological excavations and severe underground water conditions. This site was also within a Conservation Area resulting in part of the façade having to be retained.
After planning consent had been successfully obtained, CPP entered into a forward funding arrangement with the Scottish Provident Institution to develop the site, completion of which took place in October 2000.
The building comprises a top city specification including air conditioning, raised floors, category II lighting, metal tile suspended ceilings, two passenger lifts and lime stone clad reception.
