This
project involved an important listed building located directly
opposite the entrance to the Guildhall in the City of London.
A comprehensive refurbishment was undertaken including the removal
of a number of internal load bearing walls, the provision of new
plant, the insertion of raised floors and metal tiled ceilings,
and a general upgrading of the building.
The building was subsequently let to four separate tenants ranging
from financial and recruitment brokers and internet companies
on leases of between 10 & 15 years.
