This important listed building benefited from direct views over the river Thames and is located directly opposite Temple tube station. Following its acquisition, the building was let to a number of tenants on short term leases. CPP successfully obtained full vacant possession and drew up a comprehensive redevelopment scheme thereby an additional two floors were added to the building resulting in an office head quarters of over 20,000 square feet. The building was subsequently sold to the International Institute of Strategic Study for their own use.
