CPP obtained planning consent for a mixed use scheme incorporating A3 (pub/restaurant use) on the ground and lower ground floors together with four floors of residential above. CPP subsequently created the A3 unit of approximately 6,000 square feet which was subsequently let on a 20 year lease to Fullers. The residential element was successfully sold following a joint development with Rialto Homes.
