CPP in conjunction with Rialto Homes have completely redesigned the site to provide 74 high quality one and two bedroom flats set in 3 landscaped buildings.
The scheme has been subject to extensive redesign following discussions with local residents, ward councillors and planning officers and is due to be determined within the next few months.
