Following the redevelopment of
the above site by Shaftesbury Housing Association to provide over
200 student rooms, CPP Plc acquired a 150 year lease of the ground
and first floors which were in shell condition and which had been
designated for B1 office use. Following the acquisition CPP embarked
on a comprehensive Category A fit-out and subsequently let the
first floor to the Department of Health and the ground floor to
the London Ambulance Service for terms of 15 & 35 years respectively.
The resultant investment is due
to be sold in the near future.
