Location: Stockwell Green.
The site comprises an acre of land immediately adjacent to the Quadrant, which was developed in 2009/10 to provide 288 residential units.
A planning consent has been obtained to provide a 350 bed student residence plus a 38 unit affordable housing scheme. The site is currently being developed following a nomination agreement with a University and will be completed during 2013.
