The site comprises an acre of land immediately adjacent to the Quadrant, which was developed in 2009/10 to provide 288 residential units.
A planning application has been submitted to the London Borough of Lambeth for a 350 bed student residence plus a 38 unit affordable housing scheme. The entire scheme has been forward funded and a nominations agreement with a University has been secured.
