CPP has assembled the site over the last 7 years and planning has been submitted with consent due to be obtained in Spring 2011 for over 900 residential units and associated commercial/community accommodation. The site was designated as strategic employment land in both the local plan and the Greater London Authority plan.
CPP throughout its ownership has continued to maximise the rental income of the site prior to redevelopment.
