A 3 acre site acquired with an existing 300,000 sq ft document storage building in situ and allocated as an existing employment site within the Lambeth UDP.

Following discussions with the local authority, the site was allocated for mixed use development in the emerging UDP and a planning consent achieved for 292 residential units plus 80,000 sq ft of commercial accommodation. The consented residential element of the scheme was completed in 2010.
