Tileyard Studios is an office campus comprising 101,500ft² arranged in 26 buildings providing the opportunity for self contained and multiple occupation.
CPP acquired this strategic site situated immediately to the north of the Kings Cross redevelopment area. The configuration of the offices allows for both leasehold and freehold disposal.
CPP is actively asset managing the property in order to further enhance occupancy and overall rental income and to this end has recently added state of the art music recording studios and editing suites. The music studios and suites were all pre-let and a further phase is planned for later in 2011.
