INVESTMENTS
CPP is the owner and operator of Tileyard London, immediately north of The Kings Cross regeneration site which comprises over 40 buildings with an overall floor area of over 200,000 sq.ft
The core 1980’s office estate was acquired in November 2007. During the economic downturn many local businesses were lost. By 2009 over 70% of the buildings were vacant with low employment of little more than 100 jobs.
In early 2010, CPP made the decision to cast a new vision for the tired and failing campus in order to restore and regenerate the faltering estate. CPP embarked upon a significant capital expenditure program to attract and capture new creative occupiers, many local, many in the music industry or closely associated, to grow and deliver the vision for a unique centre of excellence for a new type and style of occupier with an embedded ethos for innovation, collaboration and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Tileyard Music is a management, publishing, and record company formed in October 2012.
The company is home to writers, producers, and artists, both signed and in development.
