In a joint venue deal with the previous owners Key Productions, who moved to become an integral occupier of the Tileyard Studios community, CPP obtained planning consent and carried out a conversion of their old business premises in Camden. The property has since been redeveloped to provide six stunning two bed apartments. An additional three bed roof top apartment has now been added with planning consent obtained on appeal.
