15 King Street is an office development comprising over 26,000 sq ft created by incorporating three separate buildings including the rear of 46 Gresham Street and involved rights of light issues, major archaeological excavations and complex underground water conditions. This site is also within a Conservation Area resulting in part of the façade having to be retained.

The property is occupied by the State Bank of India and was sold to Land Securities PLC.

20 King Street was a project which involved an important listed building located directly opposite the entrance to the Guildhall in the City of London. A comprehensive refurbishment was undertaken including the removal of a number of internal load bearing walls, the provision of new plant, the insertion of raised floors and metal tiled ceilings to create modern office space.

The building was subsequently let to four separate tenants.
