This site was acquired from the Government on the basis of an extant scheme of 25,000 sq ft.
Following a complete redesign, planning permission was obtained for 31,500 sq ft.
CPP successfully completed the new building with a lease back to the Government Actuaries Department on a 20 year term on a rack rent with fixed annual uplifts. The investment was forward sold to Close Brothers.
