The property comprised a 2 acre brown field site let to multiple industrial tenants located within Waltham Forest’s Northern Olympic Regeneration area.

CPP acquired the site and worked with the planning team at Waltham Forest to produce a comprehensive mixed use redevelopment proposal. 

CPP led negotiations and succeeded in the reopening of the adjacent Lea Bridge Road railway station, which connects directly to Stratford. The designation of the site was changed from employment to a mixed use gateway development including 300 new residential units.
