The property comprised an 11 acre brown field site let to multiple industrial tenants located within a predominantly mixed land use area of south east London.

CPP assembled the site over a 12 year period and planning consent was obtained for over 900 residential units and associated commercial/community accommodation. The site was designated as strategic employment land in both the local plan and the Greater London Authority plan. CPP asset managed the site throughout the assembly and planning process eventually partnering with Lend Lease to create a comprehensive redevelopment scheme.
