Bringing investment and re-development to redundant sites in South Wales
Over a number of years CPP acquired and promoted three separate sites in Cardiff, Caldicott and Rogerstone in South Wales all of which were around 30 acres. Working with the local planning authorities and local stakeholders including National Power on a redundant brownfield site, development schemes were promoted on parts of the land to provide new homes, commercial space and local amenities.
